Can I have medication sent to your clinic?

Edited

In some cases, a medication may be used if it has been supplied directly by a pharmacy and delivered to the clinic, rather than brought to the appointment by the patient.

This allows the medication to remain within a verified pharmacy supply chain until it reaches the treating dermatologist.

What arrangements are required?

Any such arrangement must be made in advance with your treating dermatologist.

The medication must be:

  • supplied directly by a pharmacy;

  • delivered to the clinic;

  • unopened; and

  • in its original packaging.

Can I bring the medication myself?

No, unless your dermatologist has specifically asked you to do so.

Please do not bring medications to your appointment without prior approval.
