Workers compensation

Edited

Green Square Dermatology does not accept new patients where the consultation, treatment, procedure or related service is intended to be managed under workers compensation.

This policy applies to new workers compensation patients only.

Existing active workers compensation patients may continue under their current arrangements, provided the required claim, approval, referral and payment information remains current and available.

Before any further workers compensation appointment is booked, Green Square Dermatology may require confirmation of the patient’s:

  • claim number;

  • date of injury;

  • insurer or claims manager details;

  • referral information;

  • approval status; and

  • payment instructions.

Where a new referral is provided, updated approval may be required before a further appointment can be booked under workers compensation.

Further workers compensation appointments may be deferred where an existing workers compensation account remains unpaid, disputed, rejected or otherwise unresolved.

Patients may continue to attend Green Square Dermatology as private patients. Standard private fees apply and payment is required on the day of service.
