We send a courtesy SMS reminder a few days before your scheduled appointment.
Do I still need to diarise my appointment?
Yes.
Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy only. Patients remain responsible for recording, remembering and attending their scheduled appointment, regardless of whether a reminder is received.
When you make an appointment, you choose and accept the appointment date and time.
What if I am unsure when my appointment is?
