Where your consultation or treatment is eligible for a Medicare benefit, we can usually submit your claim electronically on your behalf using Medicare Easyclaim.

Depending on the claiming method used, your Medicare benefit may be paid almost immediately or deposited into the bank account you have registered with Medicare.

Processing times can vary depending on the claim and your Medicare payment details.

You must have a current Medicare card and meet the applicable Medicare requirements for the service being claimed.

For specialist consultations, this includes having a valid referral for the relevant course of treatment.

Some claims cannot be processed electronically.

If Medicare rejects or does not accept the electronic claim, we will provide you with the information required to submit the claim directly to Medicare.
