What is your appointment cancellation policy?

o ensure fair access to appointments and respect your dermatologist’s time, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
If insufficient notice is given, a $75 non-attendance fee may be charged to your account. We may also require prepayment to secure any future bookings.

If you are unable to attend due to sudden illness, we may request a medical certificate or supporting evidence in order to waive the non-attendance fee.
