How long is my initial consultation?

An initial consultation at Green Square Dermatology typically lasts 10 to 15 minutes. This is usually enough time for your dermatologist to assess one skin concern, take a brief medical history, and discuss diagnosis and management options.

Please note that every medical condition is different, and the diagnostic and treatment process may vary from person to person. Some concerns can be addressed quickly, while others may require more time or follow-up appointments.

If your condition is complex or if you have multiple concerns, additional time may be needed. Where possible, we’ll try to accommodate this during your initial visit, or arrange a follow-up appointment. Additional time may incur extra cost.

If a procedure or specific treatment is recommended, it is usually booked separately to allow enough time for preparation and appropriate care.
