Why is a deposit required after a missed appointment?

If you’ve missed an appointment or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may require an additional $75 deposit to secure your next booking.

This helps us manage our schedule fairly and keep appointment times available for other patients.

The $75 deposit is applied to your account and will be deducted from your consultation fee at your next attended appointment.

If you miss another appointment without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be used to cover the non-attendance fee instead.
